Conditions of sale
1. Our business policy
The vendor offers its products for sale on shop.ciessepiumini.com, and conducts its e-commerce activities for end users, or "Consumers".
"Consumer" is intended to mean any natural person who uses shop.ciessepiumini.com for a purpose not related to his or her trade, business or professional activities.
These Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offering, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on shop.ciessepiumini.com between shop.ciessepiumini.com users and the seller.
2. How to enter into a contract with the seller
To enter into a purchase contract for one or more products on shop.ciessepiumini.com, you must fill out the order form in electronic format and send it to the seller by electronic means, following the relevant instructions.
The seller will also provide a summary of the conditions and methods to exercise the right of withdrawal, as well as the methods and time frames to return products purchased. You will be provided with further indications as regards the circumstances in which you will lose the right to cancel the contract. If applicable, during purchase you will be informed that in the event of withdrawal, you will have to bear the cost of returning products.
The contract is concluded when the seller receives your order form via electronic means, after verification of the correctness of the data concerning your order. The seller is not required to ship products until payment has been received. Once we receive your payment, the seller agrees to ship the products available within 7 working days.
The order form will be a filed in our database for the period of time required to process your order, and as required by law. You may access your order form by clicking on the My Orders section.
The seller may not process incomplete or incorrect purchase, or in the event of product unavailability. In such cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that the vendor has not carried out your purchase order, specifying the reasons.
By sending the order form, you unconditionally accept and commit to observe these General Terms and Conditions in relations with the seller.
Once the contract has been made, the seller will send you a receipt of the purchase order by e-mail that contains the number of order and all specifications of the products purchased.
3. Warranties and indication of product prices
Only products under the Ciesse Piumini and Ciesse Outdoor brands are offered for sale on shop.ciessepiumini.com, purchased directly by the seller at the fashion house and/or the manufacturer authorised by the fashion house itself.
The seller does not sell used or irregular product, or those of a quality below the corresponding market standards.
The images and colours of products offered for sale on shop.ciessepiumini.com may not exactly correspond to those in real life due to the internet browser or monitor used.
All products come with a tag. Please do not remove the tag from the products purchased, as it is an integral part of the product itself.
In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, the seller has the right to neither accept the return nor reimburse the money paid for the purchase if products are returned without their corresponding tag, have been altered from their original status or damaged.
To pay for products and their shipping and delivery costs, you can follow the instructions indicated on the order form.
Financial information will not be used by the vendor unless it is for performing the procedure relevant to your purchase, issuing refunds in the event of product returns as the result your exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it becomes necessary to prevent or report the commission of fraud on shop.ciessepiumini.com to the authorities.
5. Product shipment and delivery

Please pay attention to the information contained in this section, as it forms an integral and essential part of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered to be completely understood and accepted at the time that the order form is sent.

7. Refund times and methods
After products have been returned, the seller shall carry out appropriate checks to ensure that the conditions and time limits specified in the Returns and Refunds section have been met. In the event that the checks are successful, the seller shall send you by e-mail confirming the acceptance of the products returned. In the event that the checks are not successful, the seller shall communicate any decrease in value of returned products by email. At the same time, the seller shall also inform you of the amount that will be deducted from the purchase amount paid for the returned products; this is without prejudice to alternatively re-obtaining the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller at your own expense (The shipping costs will not be refunded in any way).
The refund is activated by the seller as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the seller became aware of your exercise of your right of withdrawal after verification of the proper implementation of your right of withdrawal and verification of products returned.
The seller shall perform the refund of returned products by using the same payment method that you used for the purchase. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the goods specified in the order form and that who has made the payment of sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of amounts to be refunded in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal will be made by the seller to that who made the payment.
The re-credit date shall be the same as the credit; you will not be subject to any loss in terms of bank interest.
You will personally have to pay the expenses necessary to return products, and any loss or damage to products during transport remains your responsibility, according to the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal.
8. Applicable law and settlement of disputes
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law, and in particular by Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005 on the consumer code in Section 1 "Consumer rights in contracts", with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No. 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain electronic commerce aspects.
In the event of a dispute arising from the General Conditions of Sale between the vendor and each final user, the court of jurisdiction will exclusively be the Court of Rome.
9. Modification and update
The General Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time in consideration of regulatory changes. The new General Conditions of Sale shall be effective from the date of their publication on shop.ciessepiumini.com.
Right of withdrawal
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on shop.ciessepiumini.com . The items must be delivered to the carrier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract to the seller. Products can be returned at your expense only after sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number, the product code and notes (the seller will send you a confirmation e-mail upon receipt of the request for withdrawal). You can not change one garment selected with another.
10. Refunds conditions
You can return any item purchased from our store within 14 days of delivery.
- Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which they were received (the products may not have been used, worn or washed), with all tags attached
- Send an email to email@example.com indicating the order number, the product code and any notes in order
- Follow the link that will be sent to you via e-mail following the approval of your return
- Place the transport document with the return number you received by email inside the package that contains the product to return
- Call any postal courier (the cost of shipping is at your expense), and send it to the address printed on the document
- Products must not be damaged
If you have complied with all the required conditions, the vendor will refund the full price of the purchased products (but not the shipping charges). You are responsible for the return costs of products purchased, namely those for the return of the products purchased to the seller. You will be contacted if your return is not accepted because due to not meeting the above conditions in the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the products returned back to you at your expense. If you refuse the return shipment 1•618 S.r.l. u.s. reserves the right to retain the products as well as the amount corresponding to the price of purchase of the products themselves.
11. Refund times and methods
After your returned goods have been received by the seller and checked to ensure that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming the return's acceptance. The refund is activated by the seller as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which the seller became aware of your exercise of your right of withdrawal after verification of the proper implementation of your right of withdrawal as regards the requirements listed above.
The reimbursement will be made to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
